One more time....they are Islamic separatists. This is not hard.

In of itself, that tells us nothing. How about the "5 'Stans" that got independence from the USSR? Should they have been forced to live under Moscow's thumb?

No Muslims deserve “independence” in non-Islamic countries. If they want to live in an Islamic state, let them move to one.

So, you are siding with Chinese Communists trampling on an ethnic minority simply because they happen to be Muslims?

That’s not true,the history of this region was very complicated which was occupied by various ethnic groups, ruled by various powers in turn, including Tang dynasty(618–907),china.
From the sixteenth century Manchus Empire invaded this region after it conquered China, and finaly in 1884, established Xinjiang as a province.
