The Birth Certificate Question

We have no proof of where Obama was born. Anyone who claims that he was born in Hawaii is suffering from COLB Derangement Syndrome. Hawaii never confirmed that he was born in Hawaii, never confirmed that he has a Hawaiian long-form birth certificate or any other US birth certificate on file, or even if they have anything tangible beyond a computer record.
Most of all, Hawaii confirmed that they never released a copy of Obamas COLB to anyone in June 2007.
Einstein could have called himself, "Humpty Dumpty," and hid his face, but that would not change the fact that he discovered E=mc². Likewise, Obamas 2007 COLB would be just as nonexistent as if I had never discovered that it was nonexistent. But, it is a good thing that I did.
It's positively amazing the amount of effort that people have expended in defense of this piece of crap COLB image that the Poseur-in-Chief now admits to posting online. There is only one reason why, after more than a year, that only one scan image of one side only has ever been made from what is alleged to be Obamas 2007 COLB: it doesn't exist. Obamas 2007 COLB is a forged fake, fabricated in Photoshop, and nothing that anyone says or does can change that fact.
There is absolutely no reason, whatsoever, that the Obama Campaign would not make another, more detailed scan, including one of the reverse side of the COLB, and send that out to quiet critics. No reason, EXCEPT that the document does not exist in the real world. It only exists in the unreal, virtual world of Photoshopped fakes.
BTW, a digital photo is not the same thing as a scan image, and it most certainly cannot be used to validate a scan image. Certainly not when the document object is photographed at a steep angles from the capture device (which were intentional).
Remember that Factcheck.org did not take a digital photo of the reverse side (all that Factcheck photographed was only 1/4 of the entire back page, and only 2/3 of the Seal). Why was so little of the back page shown? Because what was photographed belonged to a different COLB!! Check it out for yourself: the Seal on the reverse side does not match the one on the front side. It is one of several, new discoveries I've made after revisitng the Factcheck photographs.
A year later after the bogus scan image was posted, THAT is exactly what people are still talking about. They are referring back to the original forged image on Fight the Smears and Factcheck. They are quoting Factcheck -- the co-conspirator in this birth certficate scam -- as having "verified" the bogus "scan image."
Recall that Factcheck claimed they photographed the same object that the Obama Campaign scanned two months earlier.
They took these photos SOLELY IN DEFENSE of the scan image that they alleged to have "validated," and to fend off the widespread criticism of the COLB as a forged image. However, they failed to "debunk" the critics. This was all part of an elaborate ruse to create the illusion that Obama had released his genuine, certified original birth certificate to the public.
What is hard to believe are the people in high places who actually believe that this document exists, but of those, here is a segment who also discount it as being proof of where Obama was actually born. COLBs are incredibly easy to get with little documentation required. And, yes, it is a well-documented fact that Hawaii was giving COLBs to foreign-born children.
But the bottom line is that the original "scan image" is what people are still talking about today, and it is an indisputable fact that Obama, or anyone else, does not have a genuine 2007 COLB document. What is posted online is as bogus as a four-dollar bill.
Obama ascended to the position of President by fraudulent means, including document fraud, Internet fraud, voter fraud, and campaign funding fraud, to name a few. The only question at hand now is whether he will be removed by invalidating his election, or by the articles of impeachment. If I were a Democratic Congressman, and I was going to be implicated in this fraud, I'd be calling for impeachment in a New York minute.

Do you have a source on that? Thanks!
Mine says “White cracker”.
:0)
Yeah, it seemed weird to me that the thing says it’s “proof of birth”. As if that person’s presence in front of a judge wasn’t proof that they were born.
Do you have a source on that? Thanks!
Let's ask The source directly...
do you have a legal confirmation from Hawaiian Officials that they never issued a 2007 COLB to Barack Obama?
Obviously some sort of paperwork or request had to be made to get one, do you have proof from Hawaii that no such request was ever made?
I can’t say that I understand this issue because frankly I have not followed it. That said of course I hope it is true that this POS is not a true American but I hold out very little hope that can happen. Should that day come, however, I will be so pleased to watch ash holes like Boortz ( otherwise a good guy but off his trolley on this) and Curtis Sliwa - always an ash hole, squirm. Yes that will be very nice.
Bingo. Pakistan did not accept US passports in 81, when he visited there. Did he go to college on a foreign student visa? Who pd for his education?
I doubt his eligibility—in letter AND in spirit—and hope that God tears his mask off for all America to see. Obama is one of the most pathetic public figures in history, an over-praised brat whose fatherlessness has been exploited by evil men.

Source? Do you have one?
I didn’t save it no, but many others here have it. Posting to all, so it may show up yet. Might be from the court cases themselves.
The more I see of this whole business, the more convinced I am that he is neither a native born American nor an American at all. When one stops to think about it, the scenario becomes pretty simple. Stanley Ann Dunham found herself in Kenya at the very end of her pregnancy when it was so far advanced that she could not be allowed on a plane for fear of giving birth in flight; hence, she bore little Bozo in Kenya. Wanting him to be an American citizen, and probably being informed that, since she was only 18, she could not convey citizenship to him, she and her baby got on a plane back to Hawaii as soon as possible so she could make him a fraudulent natural born citizen. When she got back she may have registered his birth, possibly using the Kenyan birth certifiace, and published the birth notice in the local newspaper, stating he was born in Hawaii. Neither she or he ever probably tired to get him naturalized because the law did not allow it due to her being 18 when he was born. Thereafter he's relied on bogus "Certifications of Live Birth" to fob himself off as the U.S. citizen he is not.

No, there was no US restriction of travel to pakistan in the eighties. It is nothing but de-bunked urban legend created around this issue.
Vendome, you and himno hero are confusing the modern era document known as a Certification of Live Birth, with the Certificate of Live Birth.
They are different documents.
The Certification of Live Birth is a computer generated facsimile of the original Certificate of Live Birth, but contains only the most basic information, incident to someone’s birth.
The green document is a Certification of Live Birth. The state of Hawaii routinely issues these to anyone for whom they hold a Certificate of Live Birth (also known as a long form birth certificate).
I don’t know when the state of Hawaii began issuing these computer generated substitutes, but the fact of their existence is what made it possible for someone in Obama’s camp to forge something to fool the public with.
Hawaii actually holds Barack Obama’s original long form birth certificate, but they cannot release it to anyone without his permission. The entire controversy over the birth certificate rests upon the fact that Obama will not allow public inspection of the original document, which has the full detail of the circumstances of his birth on it.
I may add, that Obama did not need to have been born in the state of Hawaii for them to have a copy of his original birth certificate on file. That’s the way the filing rules worked in Hawaii at the time of his birth.
There's a big trouble calling "African" a race. Africans, like Americans, consist of multiple races. North African Arabs, for example, are mostly viewed as being caucasians. There are many oriental Kenyans. Then, of course, there are South Africans, about 10% of whom are caucasians. IMHO use of the term "African" on this "COLB" is just about as much a tip off that it's a fake as using MS Word to produce bogus Bush TANG records was tip off that they were fakes.
"Barack" was Mohammed's horse.
Let’s see the real thing bump! ;-)
That’s convenient. We can get two at one blow by cursing Mohammed and the horse he rode in on. :)
Curtis Sliwa (founder of the Guardian Angels) says these same things on his radio talk show. He's ostensibly on our side, too.
