While I'm nothing even slightly resembling a Biden-fan, (does such a thing even exist?), I seriously doubt JB ever said any such things.

Oh, he said it alright. I don’t know about the video but it may also be available. The fact is, many thousands of people heard it, especially the Serbs who were on the receiving end of the bombing that Clinton, Biden, and many other lefty Muslim lovers think was their biggest’humanitarian’ triumph of the 90s.

In many ways, Biden is the PERFECT choice as Veep for Obama. Two losers who shame America.
