you cant assume youre electing the right leaders to handle all the problems facing our nation when you make your choice based on one issueI agree with that.

Breaking free from obsolete positions and providing real solutions that dont divide our nation further will. Thats why some in our party are scared. They sense the world around them is changing and they are unable to take the risk to jump free of whats keeping our party down.Despite the protestations of certain RINO sacks of crap* who desperately grovels for the Perverts and the Abortionists and the Greenfece types, my vote and my principles are like gold.
*Yes, that includes a few Freepers.

Do you have a better translation, JeffHead? ; )

“Second, I have been a child of politics since the day I was born.”
I think that’s one of them trivial truths. Like saying she’s been a child of John McCain since the day she was born. So what?
To: Aglooka
She's just another communist sympathizer and traitor to this nation just like her old man.

She is not a republican and this isn’t the future of the party. She is an idiot, plain and simple.

I feel too many Republicans want to cling to past successes.
No, Meghan, we want to repeat past successes which were achieved by nominating candidates who believed in and could articulate conservatism on the national level.
One thing's certain, she really is McCain's daughter. Now if only she would go away and take her pops with her.

Through the RINOs the demrats have coopted the GOP. Conservatives will never be given meaningful relevance, let alone power, in the GOP. Demrats will not allow it.
However, they will be perfectly happy to take in naieve conservatives who persost in thinking reforming the GOP is still possible.
I keeping asking this question: What do you know that leads you to believe the GOP will ever offer up anything but RINOs for major offices?
Some folks say third parties cannot win. Excuse me, I wasn’t aware there any longer exists a viable second opposition party to the demrats in America. But, but you say, vote for a GOP candidate to keep a demrat out. I wasn’t aware of any difference between a RINO and a demrat. If I’m gonna do that I might as well become a demrat.

She may end up “chairing” President Obama’s 2012 campaign. Maybe Julie Nixon Eisenhower or Ronald Prescott Reagan, or Christopher Buckley could help.

It seems that Meghan has been influenced by her perception of her father’s prowess, and that she thinks she is now some sort of ombudsman for the Republican party, leading it out of the darkness. Sorry Meghan, you’ve merely caught foot in mouth disease from daddy dearest.
