The Supreme Court has already declined to hear any cases regarding Obama’s birth certificate or eligibilty at least six times. Twice in Berg v Obama, once in Donofrio v Wells, once in Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz and twice in Lightfoot v Bowen.
