Why would the state of Hawaii have a birth certificate for him if he wasnt born in Hawaii?
The laws of the State of Hawaii (at the time 0bama was born, 1961) allowed parents of children born OUTSIDE the U.S., i.e., foreign born babies to be registered with the State of Hawaii AS IF they had actually been born IN Hawaii, on U.S. soil, when in fact they were not.
They dont issue Hawaii birth certificates to people born in Kenya.
They could at that time, and if they did, it would explain the reluctance of the 0bamunist leadership to have that document revealed to the public.
There is plenty of information on this online, I'd suggest starting with Google.

Indeed! All Hawaii said was, “Yup! He was born!”, and that’s about it. Foreign-born babies could have received a valid statement that says “Yup! I was born!”, but simply being born does not qualify one to hold the Office of the President.
