I'm happy to see this occurring, but why does everyone wait until a Dim is in the WH before they get upset about the fedgov ignoring the 10th Amendment? The 10th has been spat upon for DECADES, yet hardly anyone has dared to raise a finger about it until recently. Utter hypocrisy & shameful as far as I'm concerned.
Oh...I get it: Republican Presidents revered the 10th Amendment & insisted on it being followed! Yeah, right (barf!)

I can appreciate your cynicism on the subject but it’s not like this is the first time any of the states have wrestled with the feral government over Constitutional authority. It actually happens fairly regularly in fact. This particular “movement” however is a little different animal in the sense it appears to be a more or less coordinated effort who’s time has come maybe? In any case I agree, it’s long overdue.
