This is obviously a problem within the black community itself. A breakdown of the family (single parent homes) a breakdown of moral absolutes. These "people" no longer have God in their lives. And no, you can't call Obama's "mentor and lifelong reverend friend" as being any kind of positive moral influence. In fact it promotes hatred and selfishness. Drugs, "gangsta" rappers, crack whore mothers and criminal fathers (if they are "fortunate" enough to even have a father)and race baiters like Jackson and sharpton, Obama's reverand mentor are all influences that create this kind of black community.
But it's all whitey's fault in their minds.
