Alas, such a wise provision is missing from our Constitution.

Woot. You just took away votes from veterans who are on disability, and conservatives who are on disability (after they paid into the gubmint from their pay checks all those years they worked just so they’d have that safety net). Let’s find a plan that just eliminates liberal votes. How about, “if the citizen lives in their grandmothers basement, has ever called Bush Hitler, has ever commented on O’s man boobs in a positive way, or has ever registered a Disney Character to vote, they are ineligible to vote.”
