The original story when they went missing said that Cooper had been to the spot they were going many times. It was over an old boat wreck where fish had set up home. 15 to 20 feet deep.
They probably went out without checking the forecast and got caught. Not smart, but if you do something many times without incident, why would you expect anything different on the day you get screwed?
I'm no artist, though. But I've seen a bunch of other folks' designs I'd be happy to pay for. A couple are real hoots. Hysterical, but rapier sharp. I'll have to check out cafepress.com, though! Thanks for the tip! :)
I dunno- not sure what Rush was thinking. He WAS a terrific caller- he GETS it...and nothing is more refreshing than listening to someone who’s undergone a sea change in thinking.
Oddly- my son was a Rush baby...and a fan long before I was! He used to listen to him on the radio while I was oblivious...he’d try to engage me, but I slept through the 90’s politically. Gave lip service to being a Republican but found Clinton so impossible I just dropped out- didn’t pay attention. I woke up again during the 2000 election mess...living in Florida gave me a front row seat;)
