This jerk believes Fast Eddy and Mayor Nutter, what a mistake. I have dealt with the PA Dept of General Services and PennDot for 15 years and they couldn’t get a “Shovel Ready” project out in less that a year and probably longer. Philly is a whole different matter, nothing gets done without six Unions involved. Six, not 4 like most cities.

And Mayor Daley of Chicago basically gave the country the bird when asked where his money from the stimulus would go. 'It's none of your business where I put that stimulus money'. I know where I'd like to put Daley's stimulus money! One thing about the Dems.....they never acknowledge that it's really OUR money, not theirs!
