The 59 Dims don't give Obozo the cover of ‘bipartisanship’. The three Quislings do. And make it harder for the GOP to use the bailout's failure [and it will fail] as an issue they can hang solely on the Dims.

If all the Dems pick-off is 3 RINOs that means the GOP had 98.6% solidarity against Porkulus.
