North Korea says it is scrapping all political and military agreements with South Korea. This is the latest threat from Pyongyang in a series of increasingly hostile provocations directed at President Lee Myung-bak.

North Korea is led by a nut who has the following demented idea:

I will get my way or I will destroy everyone (including my own country) in order to get it.

The South Koreans should just tell his to go screww himself and cut off all ties. Ignore any overtures he makes. Send NOTHING to the North. NOTHING! When enough of his own people start to die because of his policies maybe they will rise up and then the South can send aid to the PEOPLE and not the North Korean government.
