He probably smoked one or two when they went inside WH before coming out to reviewing stand. Watch Michelle, she’s bored out of her wits but if a band comes past and is playing funky music she begins to shake her considerable rear. LOL

Some of these bands and groups in the parade look like Philly's Mummers parade.
So many bands for so few people. Might be very expensive seats. Why didn't he spread the wealth around for those seats?
