It was about folks trying to get out of Dodge. There was no indication that the people were anything less than (excuse me, future) refugees.

Not all people in "Palestine" are Hamas. Not all support it actively or even passively. The active ones and the HAmasterrorists should be hunted down yes. The others require other, non-lethal treatment
