Does that mean he lost?
No it does not mean his case was denied. We should wait to hear what Leo says this evening on Plains Radio. Also check his web site for updates. Might be he won’t hear about the decision until Monday.
On the other hand, the case was not on the list of cases denied certiorari on the SCOTUS website.
