Yup, that is what I was getting at. He was born in a foreign country with only one parent being an American citizen. If both had been, then there would be no question.
That COLB is a canard. It really means nothing. Where is the CERTIFICATE with the signature of the attending physician? Time and date and birth weight etc. I was born in 1943 and my certificate has all that information plus both my mother’s and father’s occupation at the time and their race! It was important then and should be important now.
The real birth certificate isn’t the only important question here, I would like to remind everybody. There are real questions about what Kenyan and/or Indonesian citizenship might have done legally to Obama’s American citizenship status.
You can be natural born, and lose citizenship.
