I am certainly interested to see what happens on November 18th and after December 1st when Justice Souter receives the Obama response to Berg’s Petition for a Writ of Certiorari.
Its just that on the basis of the lawsuits that have already been heard including Berg’s loss in the Federal District Court in Pennsylvania and Andy Martin’s loss with the Hawaii Supreme Court, I’m not expecting much.
I refuse to put faith in Berg, a Hillary Clinton operative and Martin, a man with a history of frivolous lawsuits and mental health issues.
Noticed in the Keyes suit it was mentioned about 17 other suits being filed in courts at various state levels. Does anyone know what states have suits waiting to be heard at their respective state Supreme Courts?

I don’t know what a “Hillary Clinton OPERATIVE” is. Could you explain, please? I know he supported HRC, and that he’s a lifelong Democrat, as well as a lifelong member of the NAACP. Are you wearing a tinfoil hat now and claiming that HRC (or her support group) is paying Berg to file this lawsuit? What does OPERATIVE mean in this context?

But you do put faith in a man with zero executive experience, a history of associating with far leftists of low character (as well as with felons and racists), a graduate of Columbia University whose fellow students and teachers seem not to remember him as ever being there, a graduate of Harvard Law School who wrote no academic papers, an adjunct professor at U. of Chicago who wrote or published no papers or articles and who refused to be on friendly terms with other faculty members, a candidate for POTUS who point-blank refused to release any of his school records (why? If the MSM keep touting his high IQ, do we really fear that he would have low grades? More likely scenario: he received financial aid as a FOREIGN student, thus outing his true status as ‘NON CITIZEN OF THE U.S.’ That’s a much more likely explanation for his refusal to release his school records. By the way, he has also, to my knowledge, never released his medical records.)
I also know that the memes of “serial filer of frivolous law suits” and “sufferer of mental illness” have been attached to both Berg and Martin at different times and by different people. What seems more likely is that these accusations are made BECAUSE of Berg’s and Martin’s inquiries into the birth certificate issue. According to the left’s lights, “they must be crazy to question the birth certificate” because — after all — “HE GOT LOTS OF VOTES.”
