True. That could be the case and doubt a utility bill address could be researched with a renter’s name. Might just come to a dead end if in fact the family was renting or staying with another family.
On another thread it was mentioned that a lot of information can be gained through the City DIrectory. Most city libraries have back copies and are willing to do the research for a small fee.
