I agree. For many months Obama has had his lawyers fight to keep his documents from being made public. His fighting to keep his birth certificate sealed, and not showing that he no longer has Kenyan citizenship is keeping this issue going. Obama could easily make this come to an end but doesn’t. Guess he really has something to hide.
Doesn’t look like Alan Keyes’ case before the Supreme Court of California will get any more attention in the news than Leo Donafrio’s or Berg’s case before the US Supreme Court.

What a pathetic little revision of history, even before Obama had stolen the nomination from Hillary we were questioning weather he was eligible, from the first time his COLB showed up on the Daily KOS any one with half a brain could tell it was faked.
And those of us that have been calling for proof have been doing so for even longer, why do you suppose he had it forged in the first place?
Because there have always been questions about if he was eligible, JUST LIKE JOHN MCCAIN!!!!!!!
Only McCain proved he was eligible Obama’s “proof” is barely enough to convince a little league that he could be an assistant coach.
and don’t even attempt to say that OBama won the election fair and square It was bought and stolen with over half a billion dollars in bizarre contributions that no one has even begun to investigate as well as vote fraud the likes of which we may never unravel without a full accounting of who voted where in all of the fifty states.
Of course all Obama has to do to make this all go away is prove he is eligible, and quite frankly I wish he would and do so in such a manner that he would jam down everyone’s throat the full and exact details of his miraculous conception, gestation, and parturition.
But he won’t because he can’t and eventually he’ll have to prove his eligibility.
BO has lied about many things, but nothing that will suprise me.

That is good to hear. Wonder if the fact that the suit names the California Sec. of State will also help. The New Jersey case by Atty.Leo Donafrio also began against the New Jersey Sec.of State, and now before the US SC. Donafrio posted an update this evening.

Mar. 4, 1996 Atlanta debate. Keyes tried to get into the studio where the debate was being held. Police stopped him once, he tried again and was cuffed and detained for a little while. He was on a four day hunger strike in protest at the time.

Thank you. I am so tired of hearing that bho won and we should “get over it”. Between the media, fraudulent donations and fraudulent voters; nobody can say there was anything fair about this election.
Even in BUsh thought the case against Obama had merit, why would he do otherwise? Can he rule on the matter? Unless something happens quickly, Obama will be our next President, even if he is a fraud.
