Obama will encourage retiring Americans to serve by improving programs available for individuals over age 55, while at the same time promoting youth programs such as Youth Build and Head Start.

I will be 58 on November 15th. (By the way, all I want for my birthday is a $700 billion bailout in case y'all were wondering what to get me.)

So what does this mean for me? If I don't "volunteer" to serve on some program, will I get a snotty letter telling me that I won't get my SS till I do?
