The judge ruled that individual citizens do not have standing to evaluate the credentials of Presidential candidates. Will any of the 538 electors have the courage to bring the suit or insist that Obama release his original birth certificate? Will a judge claim that even they don't have standing to get that information?

Of course the 535 people in Congress don’t have standing to question the great one.

Will a judge claim that even they don't have standing to get that information? From what I've read when this first came up, the only remedy is for the Electors not to vote for him. They don't have to bring a suit. And BTW, these types of cases have been brought before and the ones I've seen have all been dismissed for lack of standing. I really think that it's a separation of powers issue.
Actually, it would have been up to the Democrats to vet him.
