Nope - this is a genuine re-alignment the msm refuses to acknowledge.

This is not a realignment. This is a temporary truce between two groups--Republicans and Hillary Democrats--who will go back to fighting each other after Obama loses. Read some of these comments, and the animosity for Republicans and conservatism is still there: the overriding priority at the moment, however, is keeping Obama out of office.

We will be fighting the PUMAs in 2012 to elect President Sarah Palin.

But that’s the point...”after Obama loses.”

For the present moment - these 2 groups understand the gravity of the current situation.Both groups understand the country will be badly damaged by Obama.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

This is true.And we also hold the same animosity for their ideas as well.
But at least for the this weekend, during early voting - and on election day, I will mutter to myself “God bless the PUMAs”

And they will be doing the same for us.

And we might even be tempted to celebrate each other for a brief period.

And then? Game on - here comes 2012.

BUT. I do think we all will look back on this period of time, breathe a sigh of relief as we realize what almost happened go our country and remember to acknowledge the benefit of this brief alliance.

The first lady vetoing Clinton as VP didn't really put me in a great mood. I mean seriously, I'm nobody, I'm just in the glass window film selling tint film and specifically things like decorative window film, but even I know when something doesn't smell right in relation to a campaign's practices. I'm hopeful just like you are DiogenesLaertius and Keep fighting!
