oops. arah = Sarah
Well, I guess they are still too busy to ask Barack Obama any tough questions or to consider releasing that videotape of his PLO buddy, but at least they found the time, space, and ink to print this story.
I hate our farking media...
"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus
Unfortunately, the LA Times received this information from a confidential source, and are refusing to release the tapes which substantiate the story.
Yeah yeah whatever LA Times. Sarah got boos. We got it. Now release the tape of Obama cheering an antisemitic terrorist loon.
The only people shallow and short-sighted enough to vote for president because of a baseball team are already Obama voters anyway.
LA Slimes = Hussein piss boys....well they still look like a bucket of shit to me.
At least she's not a gaff-a-day baffoon like Biden.
"Chuck, stand up, let the people see you," "Oh, God love you...'
The Press won’t change its stripes until it gets up close and personal.
But WHAT did Obama say on the tape?!
Hmm, I boo when I hear about the Pirates and I’m from here. They suck. Don’t love the Phillies either. No gaffe on Sarah’s part.
Boo the LA Slimes.
What a load of crap ... but it's the LA Slimes. Big surprise.
Well, this sounds to me like a miscue on Sarah’s part, but I bet the crowd chuckled to themselves right after they booed and then quickly forgot all about the (rather minor) gaffe.
Depending on what neighborhood you’re visiting in New York, you better know whether to praise the Mets or the Yankees. Likewise, Chicago with their Cubs and White Sox. It shouldn’t be surprising that cheering Philadelphia clear over on the other side of Pennsylvania just doesn’t work.
Yeah, and ya know what- it was FUNNY. It’s not a harmful gaffe and no one is gonna change a vote over it, but Alaskans have a sense of humor and I bet she laughed about it with Todd after the event. Its okay to find some of this stuff funny.
Like I said, the cheers far outweighed the boos.
I don’t know who cheered but anyone who knows PA knows that there is a big east/west split. Some staffer screwed up and told her to praise the Phillies — but in western PA no one cares about Philly area teams except to try to beat them and vice versa for people in eastern PA who would never be rooting for Pittsburgh teams (unless they moved from western PA).
It’s silly for people to mix sports and politics anyway, but I was just waiting for the first politician who made the mistake of praising the Phillies while campaigning in western PA. Sorry, but you can count the number of Phillies fans in Erie on one hand......
