Yeah, the race would be different. McCain/Ridge might have done better in PA.
But, without Sarah Palin the base would stay home or vote 3rd party and McCain would lose FL, NC, OH & MO to start. Ridge wasn’t even the 2nd best choice. That would be Romney.
Yeah it would have been good for PA and nowhere else. I know he wouldnt have “stimulated” the base like Palin did.
