You forgot the part where Bush and Cheney (probably Rove too) personally set the charges and pushed the plunger. That's after they got done firing up the hurricane machine. Right after they and the CIA ran drugs into the inner city. Right after they set the charges in the Twin Towers. In 1993 when they weren't even in office. (smirk)
