In 1977 Carter birthed the CRA to encourage affordable housing lending to those who can’t pay.
In 1993 Clinton puts the CRA on steroids and mandates lending to those who can’t pay
In 2000-2003 many acknowledge that our banking system will fail if we continue to loan to those who can’t pay.
In 2008 the bail out bill to fix the problem caused by those wno can’t pay will derive assets that are to be sold by the government. And the proceeds from those sales will be given back to organizations who promote loans to those who can’t pay.

Julia Carson (D, Indiana)died last December. Her grandson took over for her (I’m in a highly liberal area of Indianapolis) and just got off the phone with his office in Washington. His staffer said she never heard of ACORN! I called her a liar. I have never spoken so harshly to ANY staffer in DC before.

That’s interesting. I just heard on Bill Bennett’s radio show yesterday that Stanley Kurtz has uncovered evidence in the Univ of IL at Chicago’s archives that Obama raised money for and directed it to Bill Ayer’s small schools initiative while serving with Acorn. This education initiative is as anti-American as you get and it glorifies the UN and the world. These schools don’t allow American symbols and one of them has their own pledge to the world instead of the US. Think of Obama’s reluctance to wear the flag pin and pledge his allegiance to it.
At the very least, Obama’s insistence that his past association with Ayers is minimal has been outed as a downright lie and Kurtz has also discovered what he thinks will become evidence of a coverup involving a NY Times reporter. He emailed Ayers’ two associates regarding FOI requests. Forget the details, but this just happened last month or so. This association is NOT past. Now this, Congress wanting to fund Obama’s pet interest.

I neither advocate, nor do I condone violence. I am simply going to make this statement: Our government is out of control to the point of no return. Some very decent people are going to rise up and do some very bad things to our overlords. It is a shame, but I see it coming.
