The local 2 Houston reporter is doing a repeat. The part of the bridge that was damaged while he was on it is gone. The tide has washed away everything from the dune to the Gulf.

Austin news says several schools have opened as shelters and are already full. A long list of school closings or early release. As of yesterday, ours is closing an hour early and the football game has been bumped up an hour. We’re picking our kids up at the game so we can get them home rather than waiting for the buses.
