An old Texican I had the pleasure of drinking with during my misspent youth - would often just shake his head at witnessing some fools demonstrating their foolishness or obnoxious behavior — and simply say: “Some folks just need killing”..
I never realize until much later in life, just how common that expression is among Texans...
I love Texans....and Texicans.

When I lived in North Carolina, the expression was, Shoot, shovel, shut up.
Sometimes I miss North Carolina.
