Palin has the support of the hard nuts- mostly uneducated , religious bumpkins, mainly white and severely overweight from small town America - who believe Saddam Hussain was responsible for 911 and that slavery is good. She has energised this cadre to the extent no one else could have.
This is the same crowd which claims to be pro-life but has no shame in hanging innocent people for crimes they never committed. They would cheer on every mud ball she throws at Obama without ever telling what she stands for. They would cheer her for drilling oil which will not even take care of 3% of American energy needs.
God bless America !

Congratulations! You are tonight’s live chow.
***** And her line about some candidates use change to promote their careers, while others (like John McCain) use their careers to promote change. *****
Yep!
Kiss your arse goodbye, troll
(Who was that old fogey she was with?)
**there are some candidates who use change to promote their careers. And then there are those, like John McCain, who use their careers to promote change.”**
I heard this is a re-run. (Didn’t get a chance to listen to the speech.) When I heard it I thought to myself, that’s got to be the line of the night.
But I am seeing there were many “lines of the night!”
Ernest, your granddaughters, and my daughter have an actual role model in public life to be proud of. Thank you Sen. McCain, you did you real good with your pick...

I don’t even know where to begin. She was FABULOUS!!! I am so proud she is a republican!!!
Wooohooooo!!!
"We're going to pull through this." My fellow Americans, that is the kind of man America needs to see us through these next four years."Should she not have said eight years? Is this not a signal that MCain is old. If he did serve eight years... he would be eighty years old by then.
I rate the speech a 9.999. This speech was a fantastic winner. Even the goobers on CNNFOXMSNBC could not fault her.
But perhaps the "four years" remark was unnecessary.
I still think the earmark issue is a loser for her. She needs to stay away from that topic.
Thanks!
“But listening to him speak, it’s easy to forget that this is a man who has authored two memoirs but not a single major law or reform - not even in the state senate.”
