Let's see if things start to get back to normal now. Not much of a scheduel at all at the GOP site. I am sure they are put things in line as fast as they can.
I hear you. Many times W tried to be class with guys like Kennedy and Pelosi only to get bitten. Demorats have the wrong ideas - I don’t want to “compromise”, I want to do what’s right. Reagan would.
LOL @ the line about Michael Moore.
Lieberman “God only made one John McCain, and he is his own man”
I thought Limbaugh was telling him what to do, oh now I don’t know who to vote for/s
Obama is NOT eloquent.
Joe: “I think Obama is great”
Sit down Joe!
Zell Miller was a lot more conservative than Lieberma, who is not conservative at all. Zell was more conservative than several republican Senators.
Lieberman is giving a “good speech”, but killing the buzz. Promising that McCain WILL screw us conservatives when he gets to the White House.
Lieberman correctly says that a lot of people are selling McCain as something he is not. Of course, that’s a little of what the republican party is trying to do with conservatives, selling McCain to us.
But still, McCain is who he is, and Lieberman may well help McCain win the election, which is a good thing.
I knew the networks would cover Joe.
YEP!
I, for one, feel uncomfortable.
He praiesed Osama, and the room was SILENT!!
EGAD!!!
Fred is too old for the Supreme Court, but atty gen would be good.
He was vintage Fred.
Just...Fred.
Remember who Lieberman’s audience is. It isn’t us Conservatives. He is speaking to independents and moderates. He is really going after Obama now. It is not as fiery as Fred, but it is damning of Obama.
Lieberman is doing fine...he isn’t talking to us, the conservatives, he is talking to the DEMS watching.
The line about Moore was classic!
LOL!
You know the fire Fred started? Joe is pouring lukewarm water on it.
“Stop Talking and LISTen TO HIM!!!! He is doing fine!!!!!!”
Indeed. “Eloquence is no substitute for experience”.
I think we need to make a note of the S in John S McCain.
The Dims have been holding meetings, trying to
figure out how punish Lieberman for appearing
here tonight. They’re furious.
I wonder if they’ll come up with anything credible,
but they are serious.
I think we need to make a note of the S in John S McCain.
I think it took a fair amount of guts for Lieberman to speak here. Not only could he not be sure of what his reception would be, but he’s burning his bridges. I have to respect that, a lot.
Lieberman’s NOT boring....he’s doing quite well.
