This article is a poofter fix to what is actually a serious legal problem for Obama. 1) Minors take their citizenship from their parents. 2) There may not be a valid US CB for Obama, and if there is, it may have been issued based on false information, or may have been forged. 3) Obama is actually an Indonesian citizen, and may have no US citizenship, he used an Indonesian Passport for International travel as an adult.Why did he not obtain a US passport for such travel? He had no US birth certificate.But since that time, one has miraculously appeared.
So the issue is far from concluded, and has a gravitas pooftered by this article.

Wrong. If Obama was born in the US, it matters not what the citizenship of his parents were. We have birthright citizenship in the US, which is why the offspring of illegal aliens born in the US are US citizens.
