FINALLY!!!!!
Been waiting for a Pubbie immigration lawyer to do precisely this.
My hope, however, is that he researched the — er — political bent of the venue and the court isn’t lousy with Democrat judges who will find some crap excuse for kicking it to the curb.
We’ll see...

Thank you for this. I read about this earlier on Atlas Shrugs and have been trying to find out if it was really true. I called the Court and they said it is the real thing. Now this along with what Drudge is breaking about Clinton not being vetted, very interesting.

Bill Clinton on August 3rd questioned the constitutionally qualifications of Obama with his coment made while traveling in Africa. Now Hillary supporter Phil Berg files a lawsuit raising the question in federal court. You tell me if the convention surprise is about to happen.
Very interesting. Why does a African American group in Houston Texas make a claim like this about Obama? .........

Well, good luck.
I’m sure that the court calendar is so full, this court will finally get around to hearing this complaint in year 2017.

Barack Obama (or whoever he is) isn't running for anything.
538 US citizens pledged to vote for him are running for the position of Elector for President and Vice President of the United States.
When and if at least 270 of those individuals are elected, and after they meet and vote on December 8, 2008, the question will begin to arise whether the individual known as Barack Obama is "eligible to the Office".
No court would dare to bar Joe Blow of Rhode Island from standing for the office of Elector, presuming Joe Blow is a citizen and otherwise qualified by the laws of Rhode Island. And until Joe Blow casts his vote for an ineligible person, no legal or Constitional issue arises.

Philip J. Berg is Hillary’s Philadelphia lawyer. This is really getting good. I bet the Clinton’s have been on this since day one and have all the evidence they need.
