Congressman Arcuri failed to disclose the correct amount on his rental property at 309 South Street, on his Federal Financial Disclosure. He has a state contract with the Department of Motor Vehicles which commenced in 1982 and ends in 2012.

He has a state contract with the Department of Motor Vehicles which commenced in 1982 and ends in 2012. Not only has he committed fraud, he has hidden from the voting public his personal interests within the transportation department, clearly a conflict of interest as he sits on the Transportation Committee as Congressman.
Justice Denied on many occasions called for Arcuri to explain the nature of his business Co Arc South St., LLC and he never replied. Other companies that were registered to Arcuri have been deleted or altered from the New York State Department of States website. Let this serve as an example that Arcuri is not being truthful to his constituency and he is failing to disclosure important information mandated by federal law. WE DEMAND FULL DISCLOSURE!
I think it's time for the IRS, the FBI, to investigate his interests, and his contractual agreements in other places that he has failed to disclose. His federal disclosure is found at the end of this posting.

Arcuri ran as a Blue Dog Democrat in the infamous election of 2006. Perhaps you can say something about his voting record after he wormed into office?
His official bio depicts him as a pro-military patriot. Note the home page photograph. But is that fact, or propaganda? Does he vote with Pelosi & Co.?
I remember watching a CSPAN debate between Arcuri and Meier during the 2006 election cycle. I was truly impressed by both candidates; they each showed great knowledge and didn’t disagree too often. Meier was the typical victim of the 2006 backlash. A repeat would be fun to watch, now that Meier has fodder to debate with.

It absolutely constitutes BREAKING NEWS. Any time a sitting Congressman lies on a federal financial disclosure form, it is a concern for all.
This is the second time in recent months Arcuri failed to give an explanation as to his business dealings and expenditures.
Last month he failed to answer questions posed by his constituency as to why he paid Kristian Stiles, a former consultant to Spitzer, $4,000.00 a month up until the time the FBI were inquiring about her business and its relationship to the Spitzer sex scandal.
Arcuri has many other issues, such as his business entities disappearing from the State Department of States website.
Full Disclosure and exposure is a necessity.

this is not “breaking news” it is just a new venue for the blogger to vent. There is a personal issue there where she was charged by this guy when he was a DA.
Her sources are very questionable and she jumps to conclusions that are not always accurate. She does however have a following. Its politics at it’s finest. I would check every so called “fact” that is posted about this guy myself and weigh it without the slant that is put on it.
Actually YOUR information is correct. Mrs. Arcuri was not EVER prosecuted by Mike Arcuri she even detailed this on her several appearences on the Bill Keeler Radio Show. It’s clear whos got the grudge and desperate to spread the lies. I truly suspect you are Mike Arcuri’s protective old mother. You follow Sue around and slather huge BS around then actually say SHE’S making this stuff up about YOUR SON.
She may be a felon that was over twenty TEARS ago even before Arcuri was a DA, so please concoct some NEW piece of “believable” sounding BS to stalk her with as she spreads the word on the vile Michael Arcuri. Nice try mom.
