Everyone should know that Bev Perlson of the Band of Mothers will be doing her thing Sept 9-11 on “her” corner outside the Cannon building...please Freepmail me if you can attend any or all of those days and I will keep a count to make sure we stay in our permit numbers....lots of room though so MAKE A PLAN OF IT!!!

We have folks coiming with Bev from Chicago, folks from NYC, NJ, VA and possibly CA...Freepers we need you!!!!!

In addition, I will be spearheading a thank you card drive for that week and we will have posterboard thank you cards to hold on the corner and then deliver to the offices.

Gore has a jet too, so the Ad should include all the DEMs who use up lots of oil and cause environemtal damage. Didn’t Ted Kennedy’s huge boat get caught pouring oil into the Bay in MA? A flash of all of them, and their ABUSE of the environment might give US a wake up call to their hypocrisy.

I got to go to the House of Representatives with my 16-year old son yesterday. Shook Mike Pence's hand and thanked him for organizing the "Energy Solution Revolution"! He was very gracious. Heard Dan Burton talk . . . very good job. Also, an older gentleman, I think it was Al Alt, (but I don't think I have the spelling right. He was introduced as "the dean of the House of Representatives." I know he was from Texas. Anyway, we also heard from Representatives Wolf of VA and Sali of Idaho.

The Republicans are doing a great job! There were probably 300-400 people there, in the House, on the floor (we got to sit almost in the front row) where the representatives usually sit! There were also a few up in the gallery.

The kids and I are going to try to see McCain speak in Monday. We’ll see if we can make it. If we do, We’ll take a couple of army wives with us.
