I have noticed something different when I flag videos this week. When I flag all the videos posted by a given user, I navigate back and forth between the user’s video page (which shows thumbnails of all his videos) and the page which displays the video I’m flagging at that time. In the past, after I flagged a video, when I went back to the main video page, the “views” number under the video I had just flagged increased by 1. I always make note of the “views” count when I flag a video because it helps me find my place when I go back to the user’s main page. This week, the “views” count rarely increases after a flagging. Has anyone else noticed this happening? Has YouTube started rationing my flagging ability?

I’m still flagging terrorist videos, but wonder if YouTube is putting up roadblocks.

Joan, when I go back to the user’s page it shows the same count, unless I refresh the page, then the view counts goes up by one.

The way I remember my place is, to look at the last couple of numbers/letters in the address bar of the video I’m viewing before I go back to the users videos, and I put my mouse hand over the videos and compare with the number on the page I just left. That way I’ll know where to start, if I’ve lost my place. I hope that makes sense...LOL....;-)
