That's actually a good debate. I disagree though. I'm sure there are plenty of atheists out there who believe in the individual over the state, the RKBA for it's original intent, equality of man, etc. Not to say these principles don't have Biblical origin, they do, but I believe one can believe in them without explicitly believing in a deity.

I don't believe in God, but I certainly believe in the principles this nation was founded on. Your statement is therefore incorrect.

I believe that a man has the right to his own life as long as he respects that all others have that same right. Call me a fool if you want, that's what I believe.
