I understand JPG all too well. What I am referring to is that the background lacks artifacts across the board. Where the artifacts STAND OUT is allll around any of the letters. This thing has been tampered with. it is not B. Huseeins’.

If you look at 205 and 207 you'll see that I was able to recreate that same look simply by compressing a copy of the text with the background prior to pasting it back in.

Theoretically, I could create an entire document with any info I choose in photoshop.

Good point. I see what you mean. JPG artifacts around some elements, and not around other ones.
