Judging from this photo, I have to say that Obama is probably the racist and evil older brother to Steve Urkel.

Barry should of tucked in his Jeans at the ankles, that is an accident waiting ot happen... denim caught in the gears of the bike. He should at least have a clip on his pants legs.

You said it. “Dork” was my immediate reaction to this pic. He’s carrying on the tradtion of John Kerry looking dorky intead of like a real man.

Even though I am not a bike rider I can find at least half a dozen things wrong with this picture, not to mention I HATE people who tow their kids behind their bike. It is far to easy for a car to jump a curb and crush your child.

I showed it to my kids. They thought he looked like a typical suburbanite, so I guess their parents look similarly silly . . . Interestingly, they didn't recognize Obama. They thought it was just some white guy.

To my eye he looks a bit silly, mostly because the bike doesn't fit him. It looks like he borrowed one for a photo-op, trying to look like a typical American. His posture doesn't look athletic at all. He'd be a bit more believable if he were riding with a kid seat attached to the back of his bike. Then the apparent caution and slow pace would seem appropriate. For a single guy riding alone, it just looks geeky.

He also doesn't look right in jeans. Obama doesn't look like the sort of guy who comes home and puts on a pair of comfy, broken-in jeans. His jeans look like they're ironed and kept on a hanger until he needs to pull them out to look like a regular guy for the cameras.
