To: Clint N. Suhks; A.Hun

When I worked, I was assigned to many holidays. I also remember a Christmas in the early 50s when our new oil furnace went south. Repairman came, fixed it and even sat at the dinner table with us for a bite before he went home to his family. All this was before today’s 24/7 work cycles.

Hey Roc! In my work, holidays are just another day. In mild weather I can put folks off, but if its a cold Christmas or a hot 4th of July, I’m gonna be working.

I never have minded it though, I’ve made a lot of folks happy over the years. (plus the money ain’t bad either!)
