Did anyone catch that Obama said he and 'wife Michele' had discussed leaving Church - 'while he was running for President'; after the Press Club 'show'. Wondering if this inserted, so that when he returns to this Church, POST Election; he can offer that he NEVER said he would leave permanently. . .

Secondly, am amazed at tone here; blaming Media, poltics et al; reserving the right for those members to express their faith 'racist hate' against all things/people. ..'white'. And in general, America 'et al'. . .

I’ve said this from the get-go... He would be incredibly dangerous... Imagine 8 years of this scumbag racist... and make no mistake, he’ll be there for 8 years, not 4, as the media will continue to praise everything he does.... Every social program he proposes will pass, cause the GOP doesn’t want to be called racist. Most fiscal programs will as well, for the same reason... He would be a DISASTER

I believe there is a good chance that if Obama were elected he would lose a lot of seats in the midterm and would lose in 2012 (depending on who the GOP nominee were).

Many in this country, even on the left, and many that don't currently vote that will not stand more than two years of hearing Obama/syncophants/Dem leaders use race as an excuse for every failure Obama would have. Yes there are many knee-deep voters on the left that feel they are paying pennance for their forbears sins (even if their own lineage didn't arrive until the 1920's or 1930's) but most others are thinner-skineed and will not reward such sterotyping. In fact that tactic will very possibly spell doom for Obama in the General. There would be a huge number of split-ticket voters that will vote a Dem Congress and a McCain Presidency.

And just to throw this out there but I believe that McCain made a quiet deal to serve for one term so that his VP-nominee will be quietly advertised as the front-runner for 2012.

Now he’s saying he believes in and relies on scriptures despite saying a few minutes ago he has no problem with homosexuality. It’s clear he’s never read the Bible other than look at verses cited during a Church service.
