I think she is in the Nixon Final Days mode. How ironic. She worked on Capital Hill to get him impeached and later to resign. Nixon would not, holding out for hope, thinking that Alabama Governor George Wallace could step in and get some conservative Democrats on his side. Wallace just said "I am sorry Mr. President."
And then, as I recall it, THE DELEGATION went from the Hill to the White House. This had Hugh Scott from Pennsylvania, Barry Goldwater, the House Minority Leader from Arizona John Rhodes, maybe a few others. They told Nixon very bluntly and to a man, "its over". In retrospect, he NEEDED to be told it was over, because he was in deep denial and was constructing every odd scenario for staying in power.
If the Democrats have some class or even courage, they will compose "THE DELEGATION" of 2008, and they will go to Hillary and they will tell her "It's Over". It is going to get worse for both her and them. She is heading towards implosion and is going to take the whole party down with her. I am not a Democrat, but that would be my advice. This is a woman that needs to be told, like Nixon before her, that it is truly over.
Of course, knowing her, she will have none of it. Truly sick, sad, pathetic and pitiful. Fun to watch, but it shows is the weakness and the worst in human beings.
