Why shouldn't that be the case? She would have a motive and a history of involvement in multiple crimes in the past. Therefore, she would be a suspect until ruled out by some credible evidence to the contrary.
I wasn't saying that it shouldn't. And I would add that she would be the last person nominated if it did.
