Who cares? It doesn’t change the fact that socialist McCain is still the final GOP choice for POTUS or that all of U.S. conservatism is truly in danger of long-term extinction with the next Congress also being a super-majority of socialists with all of the political clout for both the short-term and for the long-term.

This is the time to focus on selecting a presidential nominee. Not the VP.

CRIST!!!?????
YIKES, none of the above!!
I’m still waiting for that olive branch from McVain to the conservatives whose votes he claims he needs.

“McCain to Meet Possible Running Mates”
Well Ted Kennedy is likely out. I guess that leaves Feingold and Liebermann, maybe Hillary Clinton....maybe throw the right wing extremists a bone and pick Grahamnesty....decisions, decisions....

Ah, no wonder there was a hit-piece posted earlier regarding Jindal. As for our governor suntan, America’s loss will be Florida’s gain. Pro’ly an improvement over Grahmnesty though.

Crist would be a bad choice, imho. McCain would likely lose votes if he were to choose Crist.

In other news Mike Huckabee’s brain exploded today.
Romney would be fine, interesting that Pawlenty isn’t mentioned.

You want conservative votes, McCain, choose a conservative.
Someone like Sen Tom Coburn or Gov Haley Barbour would do nicely.

If he chooses Crist, then he’s a fool.
Crist really needs this appointment, though, because he’s made a royal mess here in Florida, and the chickens are coming home to roost.
To: cdchik123
Romney! The economy is going to the major issue this Fall.
To: cdchik123
I doubt that it will be Jindal. The only reason he might pick Crist is if he thought Crist could deliver Florida. Romney is probably out because of his religion.
That leaves Pawlenty.
