Anyone know if Rog is including political rants in his concerts these days? He has to. Most of his songs are political rants themselves.

“...Waters, who lives in New York...”
I notice that Roger chooses to live HERE in the U.S. instead of a place like IRAN...
That speaks plenty...

Waters is an avowed and admitted socialist. You can find the admission on the "Making of Dark Side of the Moon," which is a fascinating documentary. Not a liberal, but an out and out socialist. Except for himself. "Socialsim for Thee, but not for Me."
The reason he lives in America versus England is:
1. to avoid excessive taxation
2. enjoy the lifestyle of Manhattan and the riches of America

In his Pink Floyd prime, he was the best lyicist in the world, by far, but politically, he is a shrill, leftist moron. One of the reasons Britian finds itself in the declining, pitiable state it’s in today.

I rather think Britain would be in the state it’s in regardless of Roger Waters.
Or do you mean that the reason Britain’s in the state it’s in is that there’s too many shrill, leftist morons there? In that case I agree.

If you haven't seen them, be sure to check out the DVD version of Pulse, which is Pink Floyd (w/o Waters), including the performance of Dark Side of the Moon, and David Gilmour's "Remember that Night" which is his Royal Albert Hall concert from the "On an Island" tour. Both are really amazing performances. Frankly, I don't miss Roger a bit. While Roger may have been the lyrical driver for PF, I've always thought that the musical drivers were David and Richard. And Nick added some humor and terrific drums and percussion as well.

Y’know, sometimes the enemy of my enemy is, well, dog gone it, he’s STILL my enemy.
I do enjoy a lot of his songs though, and I really like my “In the Flesh” concert DVD. But like most artists, his opinions on this sort of stuff are goofy.

Absolutely not. Obama is the naked face of the democrat party and I will be voting for him in the primary. Do you honestly think hillary feels any different? If obama is the finger that picks the scab off so be it.
