Meg, that is the kind of bluebird that builds in my house out back. They are beautiful. I saw one in the bird bath the other day but I haven’t seen them in and out of the house yet. Of course they could be from a neighbor’s house. I do love them. And I have a lot of the ‘bluejays’ that you like but not one like Mama Bear’s. That was beautiful!
We don’t have jays like MB’s here either..and I have never hand fed a bird...what fun!
I have seen Bluebirds in a nearby town....I was thrilled..She had bluebird houses all along her country home circular drive and there were many birds. I envy you your Bluebirds.They are just beautiful.
