No. Older brother had to give up football after a back problem requiring surgery.
I was rooting like crazy for Brett in the championship game, but I’m really happy for Eli tonight. New York’s a tough town, and he’s gone from being called a bum early in the season to Super Bowl MVP. You just can’t argue with that kind of triumph! :-)...
All that said, my Seahawks had BETTER be working hard in the offseason. It’d be great if they could get a championship for Holmgren in his last year!

Interesting article about Cooper. He was a football player, but in college they discovered a congenital spinal problem, he had to have surgery and had to quit sports.
