Last sentence should read: The militia phrase is a declaration of general intent, but is not restrictive in any way.

I dont worry about typos, this place is supposed to be informal, so if its legible its good enough for me. If the grammer patrol is too ignorant to get past that, their prolly trolltards anyways...
