"
... It is impossible to believe that such a powerful and wealthy nation would allow this to happen."
Not at all. A little read of history would tell you that it is very likely. In fact it is guaranteed.

And heck, forget about the UN. Our own pathetic leaders seem hell-bent on this.

Uh, you should look into writing for newswithviews.com; there is an endless stream of this stuff over there, in fact you might get some great links, quotes and ideas for resources there.

Typical JBS “output” (I’m being polite.)
If it’s such a SECRET, Doc, how do YOU know about it.

The UN has far outlived its usefulness. It needs to be dissolved. At minimum, the US should witdraw from the UN, and give them 30 days to vacate the premises. Just get the hell out. Cancel diplomatic immunity for all non-US citizens officially associated with the UN.
And, it’s time that we stop apologizing for the success of this grand experiment. One single nation that has, in just a couple hundred years, built the single most powerful force for economic and political freedom in the history of mankind. Sure, we’ve got issues (mostly DhimmiRat sponsored), but still in all, we are the best thing to happen to the world since folks first started gathering in communities of self interest.
Lock and Load. The UN ain’t gonna be my gubbmint...

In a book I’ll never finish. There is a section where the UN moves to outlaw Aircraft Carriers. Thus disabling the US from projecting powers. They further insult the US by citing the use of them by the Japanese to attack Pearl Harbor as a rational.

There is a section where the UN moves to outlaw Aircraft Carriers.
How utterly unrealistic, even for a work of fiction.
The UN will need those carriers to project their own power one day.
To: genefromjersey
It’s not a secret, but it is being implemented in a stealthy manor to keep Americans from being outraged and putting a stop to it.
Much of it has already been implemented. If you don’t believe me go to http://www.sovereignty.net and do some research.
