Yes, but as she walked toward him, he got off three shots at her. He had her whole body to aim at. But she could only aim at those areas unprotected by his body armor and tactical helmet.
Moral of the story: Her "armor" trumped his armor!
And as she got closer to the point where he just couldn't miss her any more, his gun happened to jam.
Coincidence? I don't believe in coincidences.
I think she had an angel or 2 or 3 looking out for her.
